Adrian Piscitelli

President | Aurora Flag Football League

For Adrian Piscitelli, football has always been about much more than the game—it's about bringing families together, building confidence, creating friendships, and giving young athletes a place where they feel they belong.

Adrian and his family have proudly called Aurora home for many years and are grateful to be raising their family in such a caring and vibrant community. Together with his wife, a dedicated educator who has proudly served with the York Region District School Board for over 20 years, they share a passion for helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential both in the classroom and on the field.

A lifelong educator, high school football coach, and former coach in the York Region Tackle Football League, Adrian has spent years mentoring young people through sport. His experience also includes officiating football at both the CFL and youth levels, giving him a unique perspective on the game and a deep appreciation for teaching it with integrity, sportsmanship, and fun at its heart.

As Founder and President of the Aurora Flag Football League, Adrian's dream is to create more than just a sports league—he wants to build a community where every child feels welcomed, encouraged, and excited to come back each week. Whether a player is picking up a football for the very first time or already loves the game, every family will find a positive, supportive environment where effort is celebrated, friendships are formed, and lifelong memories are made.

Adrian believes that the best youth sports experiences happen when coaches, players, and families work together. His goal is for every child to leave the field with a smile, greater confidence, and a love for the game that lasts long after the season ends.
